About us
Behind Amaroq Glamping are us, Henrik and Claus. Our interest in nature and fishing is the foundation of our friendship, and now we have the pleasure of selling wonderful cotton tents together.
Our story
Amaroq Glamping was founded in 2021 and grew out of the joy of Henrik’s children spending most of the summer of 2020 in a tipi tent in the garden. From that enthusiasm, we founded Amaroq Glamping with the wish that everyone can experience these magical moments right in their own garden.
The name Amaroq is the Greenlandic word for polar wolf. The polar wolf is a curious and playful animal that had disappeared from Greenland for more than 30 years, but has returned and now lives safely in its natural habitat.
In the same way, we want to bring back the curiosity and joy of spending the night in nature.
Service in focus
Amaroq Glamping is built on outstanding service. There is nothing that makes us happier than customers having unforgettable experiences in one of our tents. That is why we only consider a transaction complete when you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
That is why we always accept returns or exchanges for another size if the tent simply was not right for you. We do not limit the right of withdrawal to 14 days - as long as the tent shows no obvious signs of use, we will take it back.

Our mission
Amaroq Glamping wants to help create and inspire small moments of enjoyment in everyday life and create a local oasis that turns thoughts toward the relaxing atmosphere of a vacation.
All children love sleeping outdoors, but only a few adults share the same enthusiasm.
Our goal is to inspire you to rediscover that inner joy and make sleeping in a tent a project for the whole family, not just for the youngest ones.
