When the tent is not pitched, it should be stored in a dry, frost-free place. Also make sure that the tent is 100% dry before packing it into the included bag.
Our tents are coated with a water-repellent material that protects the tent from bad weather.
The tent is designed to withstand heavy rain showers, but over time it is inevitable that the tent's water-repellent effect will diminish.
To ensure the longest possible lifespan for your tent, we therefore recommend treating it once a year or as needed with a water-repellent coating.
Our tents are made from a cotton blend that helps keep the inside of the tent dry. However, it may happen that the tent gets a little wet after the first rain shower.
That is why we recommend pitching the tent on a sunny day and first spraying it down with a garden hose and letting it dry.

Yes. The groundsheet is attached with a strong zipper five centimeters above the ground, so the thick PVC floor does not let water through during heavy rain.
Our glamping tents are made from a cotton blend that combines the advantages of cotton and polyester.
The cotton makes the tent breathable and ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
The polyester provides a longer lifespan and greater resistance to anything bad weather can do to the tent.
Despite its size, the tent is lightweight and easy to set up. The first time you pitch it, it will probably take about half an hour.
With a little practice, you can do it in 20 minutes.
Our glamping tents come fully equipped. Pegs, guy ropes, groundsheet, and everything that goes with it.
After pitching your tent, the first thing you should do is spray it down with a garden hose. It sounds strange, but the water repellency of cotton tents works best after a few soakings.

Yes. However, the lifespan of the tent will undoubtedly be extended if you take it down once the autumn weather really sets in.
The law provides for a 2-year warranty. Our warranty covers material and/or workmanship defects.
